These Terms and Conditions govern your use of sublexdigital.com and any services provided by Sublex Digital. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
Sublex Digital provides professional web design, digital development, hosting management, email hosting, AI chatbot setup, maintenance plans, and related digital services. Full service details, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins.
All projects require a written proposal agreed upon by both parties before work commences. A deposit is required to confirm the project start date. The remaining balance is due before the final website is launched or delivered. No work will begin without a confirmed deposit.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the website content and design delivered. Sublex Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party assets, plugins, or licensed software remain subject to their respective licences.
Hosting, domain management, and email services are provided on an annual basis. Services continue until cancelled in writing with a minimum of 30 days notice before the renewal date. Sublex Digital is not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers beyond our reasonable control.
Sublex Digital will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled by the client before completion, any work completed to date is billable at our standard hourly rate. Refunds for recurring services are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Sublex Digital reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication to this website. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of The Republic of The Gambia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Gambian law.
