Summary

As a Sales and Marketing Agent for Sublex Digital, your job is straightforward. Find businesses in The Gambia that do not have a professional website or are still working with an outdated one, and introduce them to us on WhatsApp. You do not need to know anything about web design or technology. You find the prospect, make the introduction, and we handle every conversation after that. When that business pays their deposit for a new website, you get paid.

This is a flexible, commission-only role that fits around your existing job, business, or daily routine. There are no fixed hours and no daily targets. To remain active as an agent, we ask that you bring at least one successful referral. This keeps our partnership focused and productive for both sides.

Responsibilities

Identify businesses in your area that do not have a website or have an outdated one
Reach out to business owners via WhatsApp, phone, or in person
Introduce interested prospects to Sublex Digital directly on WhatsApp
Share our work samples and service overview when prospects ask for more information
Keep a simple record of businesses you have contacted and their responses
Bring at least one successful referral to remain active in the role

What You Do Not Need to Do

Quote prices or explain our web design packages
Negotiate with clients or make any promises on our behalf
Handle any design, technical, or delivery work
Chase payments or manage invoices
Your role ends the moment we are connected with the prospect. We handle everything after that.

Who This Role Suits

This role works well for someone who is already active in the local business community. Market traders, phone shop owners, print shop operators, community leaders, and anyone who spends time around other business owners every day are well-placed. If you already talk to business owners regularly, this is simply a way to earn from those conversations.

Qualifications

Based in The Gambia and active in your local community
Comfortable communicating on WhatsApp and in person
Honest, reliable, and well-regarded by the people around you
Existing connections to local business owners is a strong advantage
No formal education or sales experience required

What We Expect

We ask every Sales and Marketing Agent to bring at least one successful referral. A successful referral means a business you introduced to us that goes on to pay their deposit for a website. This is a straightforward expectation and one that keeps the partnership worthwhile for everyone involved.
